#1. Start by a warming up session as discussed here.
#2. Apply generous amount of lubricants all over the penis:
#3. Use the forefinger and thumb of your left hand to form an “OK” grip.
#4. Encircle the base of penis with the hand grip.
#5. Gently push the hand grip away from your body toward the tip of penis.
#6. Repeat step 4-5 with another hand.
